**Job Overview**:
A Sales Executive is a professional responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to potential customers. They play a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**JD for Sales Executives-**
- Identify and research potential clients and leads through various channels, including filed work, online research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements, and effectively present the benefits and features of the products or services offered.
- Deliver compelling and persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how the company's offerings meet their specific needs.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within defined timelines.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, discounts, and payment terms, while ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.
- Sales Closure: Close deals and complete the necessary paperwork, contracts, and sales documentation to facilitate a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and other performance metrics to keep management informed about sales progress and outcomes.
- Training and Development: Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree in any stream with adequate experience in marketing & Sales.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a related industry, can be advantageous.

However, entry-level positions may be available for motivated individuals with no prior experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate with clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
