Data Processing AssistantWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data management for our clients. You will interact with AI and Automation systems that will be processing documents alongside you. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside a software robot to process documents and enter, verify, and maintain various types of data into our clients’ document processing systems. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge in the automation industry while performing data entry tasks for clients in various industries such as healthcare, automotive and manufacturing.**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into our clients document processing systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail.- Data Verification: Cross-reference and validate data entries to ensure consistency and integrity in our client’s information systems.- Data Maintenance: Regularly update and modify existing data to keep it current and relevant and perform data clean-up tasks when necessary.- Quality Assurance: Review data entries for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness, and take corrective actions as needed.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all data entries and related documentation.- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict data security protocols.- Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and ensure smooth data flow.- Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall productivity.**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Data Entry: Demonstrated experience in accurately entering and managing large volumes of data.- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to spot and correct errors in data entries.- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain structured data records efficiently.- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills are preferred.- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies.- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing data entry requirements and software systems.-
- Night shifts are required for this role however they may rotate depending on client needs
