**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and analyze data using MS Excel to support various business processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service in the mortgage and consumer lending domains.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage and consumer lending domains.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Show proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a basic understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Possess good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is preferred.
