**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and process mortgage loan data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all data entries are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processing workflows.
- Provide support in the appraisal and valuation functions related to mortgage loans.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in mortgage loan processing.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in consumer lending and mortgage loans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and data management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling appraisal and valuation functions related to mortgage loans.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
