**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Support daily operational processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in customer verification processes within the mortgage loan domain.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
- Have experience or a keen interest in customer verification within the mortgage loan domain.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Exhibit effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Be willing to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is preferred.
