
Customer Service Executive

**Job Description**:
Customer service executive - fresher.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough research to understand customer industries, business models, and market trends to enhance the overall customer experience
Create and maintain customer documentation
Research to identifyopportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and feedback in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide valuable insights and suggestions to the team
Provide backend support, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks as required
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong computer operating skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding research and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus but not mandatory
