Understanding the Industry demographics.
- Understanding/learning about the products/systems
- Making Company/Product Presentations to decision makers
- Submitting technical reports, system recommendation as per client service requirement and quotations
- Approaching to Govt aided, PMC, Architects and Consultants and Builders & Developers to get the approval on the ground of technical specification
- Giving support to sales team and conducting training program.
- Assist marketing group in monitoring competitor products and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for assigned area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
- Maintaining key accounts and approach to Consultants and Architects for approvals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
