**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Specialist - B2B

**Location**: Coimbatore
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Hunting**: Identify and approach potential companies to establish hiring partnerships for our students.
- **B2B Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and decision-makers from various industries.
- **Recruitment Strategy**: Plan and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure successful student placements.
- **Negotiation & Agreement Handling**: Negotiate terms, MOUs, and agreements with companies for student placements.
- **Industry Research**: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, skills in demand, and job market shifts to enhance placement opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure students are interview-ready and meet corporate expectations.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor placement success rates and continuously improve outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in talent acquisition, B2B recruitment, or corporate sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of hiring trends in **IT, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Full Stack Development** is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
