**Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**Experience: 2-4 years**
**Location: Work from Office**
**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for contract positions.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on contract hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of the latest sourcing techniques and recruitment trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
