**Title**:Tender Executive
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Role**: Searching tenders from e-portal, prepare the tender documents & it's all tender related work, prepare quotation, dealing with the dealer for the tender’s relevant documents, Working on Gem Portal, Maintain master files of all tenders, Maintenance of office records files and Handle some of administration work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/E-Procurement/Govt. Tenders Portal.
- Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above mentioned portals.
- Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender
- Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization.
- Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities.
- Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
- Obtain relevant documents from Clients for Completing Tender Formalities & compliances.
- Foreign Principal Follow-up.
- Closing, follow up of Purchase orders, Pending Payments & EMD.
- **_Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and working on Tender specification._
- Marketplace GeM/ E-Procurement tendering websites will be preferred._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
