POSITION DESCRIPTION :

•

As a Tender Executive at TGPL, you will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders and filing them to maximize TGPL's business opportunities.You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director and the President of the company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

•

PORTAL IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION.

-

Identify and register among all government, private, PSU portals for tendering process.

•

TENDER IDENTIFICATION & ANALYSIS.

-

Monitor government and private portals for new tenders relevant to the business.

-

Analyse tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, GCC, SCC, etc.) to evaluate feasibility and bid eligibility.

•

BID PREPARATION,SUBMISSION & LIASIONING.

-

Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement) to collect necessary information for bid submission.

-

Prepare commercial and technical bid proposals,pre qualification documents and compliance matrices.

-

Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with client guidelines.

-

Liaise with various government bodies (DISCOMs, MNRE, SECI, SNA, DIC, PWD, Railways, Pollution Control Board, etc.) for permissions, clarifications, and certifications required during the tendering and execution phase.

Maintain professional relationships with officials in tendering authorities, PSUs, clients, and licensing agencies.

-

Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions for clarification and support.

•

VENDOR AND STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION.

Coordinate with OEMs, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing, certifications, and support documentation.

Draft or collect consortium/JV agreements and MOU documents as required.

•

DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE.

-

Ensure documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with tender conditions.

Maintain a central repository of company registrations, certificates, EMDs, solvency, PBGs, and other mandatory documents.

•

REPORTING & SUPPORT.

Maintain a tender tracker, generate MIS reports, and conduct win/loss analysis.

-

Share regular updates with management on new tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

-

Assist in contract negotiation and documentation handover to the project team.
