**Job Purpose**

To manage the Sourcing, Category management, Contract Management, RFI/RFP/RFX / E-Sourcing of IT Hardware, Software Solution based, Cloud etc. and Technology services, ensuring the cost effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with Organizational IT strategy. this rols bridges technology needs with commercial best practices to deliver timely, high -quality, and value -driven IT solutions

IT Products & Service procurement Cloud, Tech security, Digital, New generation technology & Data center procurement

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

1. IT Sourcing & Procurement Execution

Source, evaluate, and procure IT hardware, software, licenses, Data center related, Digital related, Tech security, and other services related in line with business requirements and budget.

Ensure timely delivery and implementation with mínimal disruption to operations.

2. Vendor Management & Performance

Identify, onboard, and manage IT vendors; maintain healthy supplier relationships.

Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality, cost, and compliance.

3. Cost Optimization & Budget Control

Achieve targeted cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations.

Track IT spend against approved budgets and report variances.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and cybersecurity protocols.

Mitigate risks related to vendor performance, data security, and licensing.

5. Technology Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with IT, Finance, and Business Units to understand requirements and ensure procurement aligns with the IT roadmap.

Provide market intelligence on emerging IT products and trends.

6. Process Improvement

Continuously improve procurement processes for efficiency, transparency, and speed.

Leverage digital procurement tools and best practices for automation and reporting.
