**Job Description: Bid Qualification Executive**
**Department: Sales**
**Region: International/India**
- **Job Objective**
Implement sales strategy in the target market by prioritizing enquiries based on a prioritization framework. Support our business development, sales, and relationship management initiative to ensure growth in sustainable revenues and number of satisfied customers. Develop yourself as a strong expert in bid analysis.
- **Key Responsibility Areas**
**Execution**
- Study and understand prioritization framework for deciding which orders/tenders should be prioritized
- Study and gain knowledge about our products, technical capability, current market position in different regions and our competitors
- Prepare report on number of pre info to be qualified, number of pre info to be further tracked for more information and pre info to be disqualified with reasons
- Read and analyze every tender document and prepare a draft synopsis document
- Discuss and review priority given to tender/order with head bid management and update priority if required
- Further discuss and review this tender prioritization with sales head to finalize the decision
- Communicate tender/order priority to respective sales managers
- Accordingly recommend to either close/hold an enquiry or prioritize pursuit of a certain tender
- Discuss and review the prioritization framework from sales head on monthly basis
- Help with tender analysis to formulate bid participation strategy
- Collaborate with Head Channel Partner to understand growth forecast in a market, performance of Channel partners in that region
- Work with planning team to understand delivery period and related constraints impactive tender prioritization
- Prepare and present report on tender participation numbers
**Coordination & Reporting**
- Support sales managers on regular basis in order to ensure adherence to sales strategy
- Prepare and present Bid management team performance for monthly/quarterly review
- Report to Head bid management
**Qualification**
Min. qualification required
Bachelors in Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/Any and/or Master’s degree in Marketing /Sales (MBA will be preferred)
Other desired qualifications
Prior experience of working with defense, government departments and agencies
**Relevant Experience**
Min. no. of years of relevant experience required
4 to 8 years of overall experience, with 3 to 4 years in similar role
**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Analytical and Critical thinking skills
- Strong observation skills with attention to details
- Effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
