**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, implement, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role focuses on increasing sales, driving quality traffic, and enhancing brand awareness through data-driven strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids for efficiency.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Create paid media strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and lead acquisition.
- Test and optimize ads, keywords, and bid strategies for performance.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights.
- Generate regular reports on metrics, goals, and ROI.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and monitor budgets to maximize campaign ROI.
- Adjust bids to optimize budget utilization.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with content, design, and SEO teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, market research, and bid management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven strategies.
- Google Ads and Meta Certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
