**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Monitor and identify tender opportunities in the security and facility management sector.
- Coordinate the entire tendering process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all requirements.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals in response to tender documents.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to gather relevant information for proposal creation.
- **Bid Strategy**:

- Formulate effective bid strategies, considering client needs, competition, and company strengths.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Work closely with the finance team to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing models for tender submissions.
- Ensure that proposed pricing aligns with company financial goals and industry benchmarks.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any legal or regulatory aspects of the tender process.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and establish rapport with potential clients.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and other relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure a seamless flow of information and coordination throughout the tendering process.
- **Post-Tender Analysis**:

- Conduct post-tender analysis to evaluate the success factors and areas for improvement in the tendering process.
- Use feedback to refine future bid strategies and enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management and proposal development within the security and facility management industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects related to tendering.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
