**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**: Research and reach out to potential B2B clients in industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, educational institutions, and public sector organizations.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: Establish strong connections with decision-makers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations**: Clearly communicate the benefits of Zerodor and other products, showcasing their impact on sustainability and cost savings.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**: Work with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- **Track Sales Metrics**: Maintain records of leads, sales progress, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- **Market & Industry Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and sustainability initiatives to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Participate in Events & Conferences**: Represent Ekam Eco Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and sustainability forums to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, facility management solutions, or sustainability-driven products.
- **Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills**: Ability to articulate the value proposition of our products effectively.
- **Sales & Business Development Acumen**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Capable of addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and digital sales tools.
- **Willingness to Travel**: This role requires regular client visits and travel as needed.
