**Role Overview**:
The **Process Operator** will serve as the primary advisor for authors, guiding them through the self-publishing journey. This role requires a deep understanding of the publishing industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic advice on editing, design, marketing, and distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Author Consultation**: Guide authors on self-publishing options, including book formats, pricing, distribution, and marketing strategies.
- **Project Coordination**: Manage the publishing process from manuscript submission to book launch, coordinating with editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all books meet high editorial and design standards before publication.
- **Marketing & Branding Advice**: Provide authors with insights on book marketing strategies, including social media, book promotions, and reader engagement.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication with authors and addressing their concerns.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- **2-3 years** of experience.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple author projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
