Duties and responsibilities:

- Implementing and monitoring processes as per the company’s policies.
- Identifying and addressing issues that affect business operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes.
- Assisting in the training of staff on process protocols and standards.
- Collecting and analyzing process data to measure performance.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure process efficiency.
- Documenting all process information including daily production reports.
- Maintaining compliance with company and legal standards.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure processes are being followed correctly.
- Supporting other team members in their understanding of the process.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicating process changes and updates to relevant parties.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 yrs

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
