**Job Summary**

The Process Coordinator - Operations & Audit is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance through regular audits. This role involves coordinating daily operational activities, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that internal policies and external regulations are adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations Management**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ensure office supplies, facilities, and resources are well-managed.
- Manage vendor relationships and office procurement processes.
- Handle process escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.

**2. Process Coordination & Optimization**
- Analyze and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Standardize processes to maintain consistency across departments.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements.
- Collaborate with different teams to streamline interdepartmental workflows.

**3. Audit & Compliance**
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when needed.

**4. Reporting & Data Analysis**
- Track operational performance and generate reports for senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

**5. Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams for seamless office operations.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management for operational concerns.
- Assist in coordinating office-wide projects, events, and process changes.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office operations, process coordination, or auditing.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and process management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of internal auditing standards and risk management.
- Certification in Process Management, Six Sigma, or Compliance (optional).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
