**Job Title**: Sales Consultant - Royal Enfield Showroom

## **Job Summary**:
## **Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Royal Enfield bike.
- Provide expert advice on models, features, financing, and accessories.
- Conduct test ride coordination and follow-ups.

**Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Explain financing options, insurance, and warranty benefits.
- Upsell accessories and merchandise.

**Showroom Management**:

- Ensure bikes are displayed attractively and showroom is well-maintained.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and test ride camps.

**After-Sales Support**:

- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with service teams for smooth handover and post-purchase support.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in automotive sales (preferred) or retail sales or freshers are also welcome.
- **Knowledge**: Passion for motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; degree is a plus.
- **License**: Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
