**Job Title: Admin & Personal Assistant (PA)**

**Position Overview**:
The Admin & Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives and assisting in managing daily operations of the office. This role involves multitasking, handling confidential information, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and ensuring smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for the executive.

**Personal Assistance**:

- Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring the executive's personal and professional obligations are balanced.
- Handle personal correspondence.
- Support personal scheduling, events, and appointments for the executive.

**Office Coordination**:

- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning.
- Oversee general office organization, cleanliness, and environment.
- Coordinate with other departments, teams, and vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and invitations for business and personal events.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain privacy in all communications and documentation related to the executive.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in various projects or tasks for the executive or the team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar industry (e.g., corporate, tech, entertainment).
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or management teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
