**Job Description - Sales Executive**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Industry**: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in FMCG sales
**Location**: Dehradun

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product placement and distribution.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits for order booking, product promotion, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for smooth delivery.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
- Execute promotional activities and schemes to boost sales in assigned territory.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
- Proven 1-3 years of FMCG field sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with sales reporting tools is a plus.
