Dei Generalist

**Summary**:
About the role:
The DEI Generalist/Partner will support the organization’s commitment to reviewing HR practices beyond base pay to eliminate bias, as part of the EPIC pledge project. This role will assist in the execution of DEI projects across key workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and alignment with organizational DEI goals.

**About the Role**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Support the execution of the EPIC plan and assist in tracking progress against the plan
- Contribute to data collection and reporting efforts
- Assist in the development and implementation of human-centered design principles training.
- Support the creation of bias training materials and ensure alignment with company culture.
- Facilitate training sessions and track participation.
- Support statistical analysis efforts by collaborating with data analytics teams. Assist in developing remediation plans for legal entities with more than 100 employees.
- Participate in process documentation for external reporting. Provide administrative support for phased implementation.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Understanding of DEI principles and HR processes. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in facilitating training sessions.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in DEI, HR, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
