Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to lead and support a broad range of HR functions. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, diversity equity and inclusion, and resource allocation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective talent utilization and support a positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Reward & Recognition:
  • Design and manage reward programs that reinforce performance and engagement.
  • Drive recognition initiatives such as awards, spotlights, and career growth opportunities to ensure employees feel valued.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost morale, communication, and collaboration between teams and leadership.
  • Monitor engagement levels and drive efforts to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, feedback collection, and development planning.
  • Partner with managers to identify high performers, underperformance trends, and training needs.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
  • Oversee the full employee journey from recruitment and onboarding to development, promotion, and exit.
  • Ensure HR processes related to hiring, offboarding, compliance, and record-keeping are executed efficiently.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
Learning & Development:
  • Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives to enhance skills, compliance, and leadership capabilities.
  • Track training effectiveness and contribute to building internal learning paths.
Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation:
  • Work with project management office and business quality assurance to assess project needs and align staffing resources accordingly.
  • Maintain resource tracking systems and ensure optimal utilization of internal talent.
HR Analytics & KPI Tracking:
  • Gather and analyze HR data to support decision-making related to performance, engagement, turnover, and productivity.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure success of HR initiatives.
Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and create programs that foster a diverse and equitable workplace.
  • Analyze DEI metrics and partner with leadership to advance inclusion strategies.
Succession Planning & Career Development:
  • Identify critical roles and high-potential employees; support development plans and mentoring initiatives.
  • Facilitate career pathing to encourage retention and long-term growth.
