Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, managing complex employee relations, and shaping key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engaging with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for compensation, staffing, HR services, and the business.
  • Operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Being responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partnering with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Using data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyzing trends and developing proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensuring smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Addressing and resolving complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
