**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Team Leadership**:Oversee and manage the daily activities of the extrusion moulding shift team, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Production Management**:Coordinate with the Production Manager to plan and execute production schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor the extrusion moulding processes to ensure optimal machine utilization, minimize downtime, and maintain efficient production flow.

**Quality Assurance**:Collaborate closely with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control measures and procedures, promptly addressing any quality issues and initiating corrective actions as needed.

**Process Optimization**:Continuously monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and waste reduction.
Work with engineering and maintenance teams to address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

**Safety and Compliance**:Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all staff members.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to extrusion moulding operations.

**Training and Development**:Provide training and guidance to shift personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively and safely.
Facilitate cross-training initiatives to enhance team flexibility and skill development.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate and comprehensive shift reports, documenting production output, downtime, quality issues, and any incidents.
Generate regular reports for upper management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- CIPET certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within an extrusion moulding plant.
- In-depth understanding of extrusion moulding processes, equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in quality control principles and production management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
