**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control Inspection**: Conduct meticulous visual and dimensional inspections of plastic products during and post extrusion moulding, ensuring strict adherence to established quality standards and specifications.

**Defect Identification**: Skillfully identify, record, and communicate defects such as surface anomalies, dimensional deviations, color inconsistencies, and other quality irregularities. Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.

**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive and precise records of inspection outcomes, defect analyses, and remedial actions taken. Generate comprehensive quality control reports for management review and strategic decision-making.

**Process Monitoring**: Diligently monitor and analyze extrusion moulding processes, promptly identifying any potential deviations from prescribed parameters or areas for enhancement. Collaborate closely with the production team to optimize processes for consistent, top-tier quality output.

**Calibration and Testing**: Exhibit expertise in calibrating and maintaining inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Regularly perform testing on raw materials and finished products to ascertain alignment with stipulated standards.

**Training and Education**: Facilitate training sessions for production staff, enhancing their understanding of quality control protocols, standards, and best practices specific to extrusion moulding. Foster a culture of heightened quality awareness across the organization.

**Continuous Improvement**: Actively contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, participating in quality enhancement projects, and introducing innovative approaches to elevate product quality and production efficiency.

**Compliance**: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to compliance with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines that govern plastic manufacturing and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field (CIPET preferred).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in extrusion moulding processes within the plastic industry.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and equipment for meticulous quality inspection.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect defects.
- Profound problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Sound knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Effective communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
