**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Incoming Material QC**:Manage and ensure compliance in incoming raw material testing.

Develop and implement QC inspection plans for incoming raw materials within defined timeframes.
- **Revalidation Process**:Track the revalidation process of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- **Instrument Calibration**:Oversee the calibration of QC instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- **Root Cause Analysis & CAPA**:Conduct root cause analysis for internal rejection batches of intermediates and finished goods.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on analysis results.
- **Shop Floor Oversight**:Perform daily shop floor rounds and verify critical-to-quality (CTQ) points.
- **Customer Complaint Resolution**:Analyze and resolve customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.

Ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions through verification, validation, and audits.
- **Customer Line Visits**:Visit customer production lines to address and resolve paint-related complaints.
- **ISO 9001:2015 Audits**:Coordinate external ISO 9001:2015 audits and ensure compliance.
- **Customer Visits**:Manage and coordinate customer visits at the plant to showcase quality processes and address concerns.
- **Quality Improvement**:Identify areas of quality failures and implement corrective measures to enhance the quality management system.
- **Quality Initiatives**:Drive quality initiatives and improvements across the department.
- **Material Testing**:Conduct testing of raw materials, including resin, solvent, pigment, additives, and packaging materials.

Test tinters, intermediates, finished goods, and all packing materials.
Perform chemical testing (e.g., Acid Value, Amine Value, Epoxy Value, Sap Value, Iodine Value) as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the paint or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of QC processes, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and audits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
