Job Description:

- Arrange and follow up on special lab testing request (aging test, compression set etc)
- Arrange and involve in routine testing of rubber masterbatch and compound
- Maintain good 5S housekeeping for physical testing lab, raw material storage area, lab mixing and curing area
- Certify the Delivery Order (OQC) and ensure compliance to customers' specific requirements
- Verify raw materials COA & approval
- Conduct IPQC and report for non-conformity
- Responsible for finished goods color testing and data compilation
- Carry out daily lab quick check in the absent of Lab Technician
- Carry out in-house verification for lab equipment
- Assist in lab mixing and chemical weighing
- Conduct 5S checking for QA department
- Conduct cooling tower water analysis and report for non-conformity
- Conduct internal quality audit according to schedule
- Perform any other related duties as require from time to time

Education: BE/ B.Tech in Plastic engineering

Experience: 0-2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
