**Job Title**: Quality Control (QC) Supervisor/ Inspector or Officer

**Location**: Daman

**Reports To**: Quality Control Manager/Plant Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**: The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in the plastic manufacturing facility to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards. This role involves managing a team of QC inspectors, implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, and working closely with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Should be knowledge in hot runner moulds and cold runner moulds
- Should be good knowledge of injection moulding Process and troubleshooting
- Should be capable and work in shift.
- Should be good knowledge of machine Handling:

- Tech out IML Robot, HRTC, Hopper Loader, Milacron, L&T ,
- Should be knowledge of Machine startup, Mould Loading and unloading
- Manpower Handling
- Should be well versed in Defect identification in Online Inspection, Product testing, Dimensional analysis etc
- Should be good knowledge in Quality documentations
- Should be capable and work in shift.
- Experience of Injection Moulding Quality like cap closer jar ect.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a quality control role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and testing methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
