Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description : Supervise and coordinate production activities on the factory floor
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

Monitor the performance of production equipment and machinery.

Train and mentor production workers to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Conduct quality inspections to maintain product quality standards.

Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
