Daman, Daman and Diu, India Allied Instruments Full time ₹ 1,80,000 - ₹ 2,40,000 per year
  • Conduct in-process, first piece, and final inspection of plastic moulded parts.
  • Inspect product dimensions using instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge, etc.
  • Monitor moulding parameters and highlight abnormalities in products and machine settings.
  • Perform visual inspection for defects such as flow marks, flash, short moulding, burns, etc.
  • Record inspection findings and maintain proper documentation (Inspection reports, NCRs).
  • Ensure proper identification, segregation, and handling of non-conforming products.
  • Support line operators and technician teams in corrective actions and quality improvements.
  • Follow sampling plans as per control plan and customer requirements.
  • Conduct incoming quality checks of raw materials, packaging materials when required.
  • Maintain 5S and safety standards in the working area.
  • Good knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding processes and common defects
  • Ability to read engineering drawings & understanding of GD&T (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with measuring & testing instruments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
