Requirement: 1) Should have relevant experience in non-ferrous metals industry.

2) Should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3) Should have proficiency in using quality testing equipment.

4) Profound knowledge about the codes involved as per Industry Standard especially for Quality.

5) The applicant should have the driving force, be an implementer and doer, and be capable of acting upon the decision taken.

6) Capable of working on Microsoft Office for Documentation.

Key Responsibility as Assistant QC Inspector:
1) Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations

2) Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using appropriate methods and equipment as per QAP.

3) Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standard as well as stay updated on industry regulations.

4) Checking, Monitoring and analysing quality performance.

5) Reporting on quality metrics to track performance

6) Maintain and document detailed & accurate records of inspections as per QAP & BIS, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control, prepare reports on quality issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve them
- 7) Performing preventive maintenance / calibration on Quality Inspection and Control Instrument.

8) Ensure quality assurance policy and tools are trained, practiced and followed.

9) Identify process improvement and report to supervisor.

10) Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution

11) Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows

12) Analyse quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence.

Pay: ₹20,605.02 - ₹27,976.68 per month
