**SUPERVISOR - Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Unit**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Coordinate with all departments, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
- Implement process controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory, machinery, and capital expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including GMP and food safety management systems.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies.
- Analyze and report on production performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Manage the maintenance of production and molding equipment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to plant personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
- Train staff on relevant processes and safety standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, or Engineering (Manufacturing/Operations), with expertise in Plastic Injection Molding.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for plant operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to handle decision-making under pressure and manage all aspects of plant operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with plastic injection molding and related equipment.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment operation.

**Additional Information**:
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
