We are hiring **Assembly & Packing Supervisors** with experience in managing teams and processes within the **plastic manufacturing or injection moulding** domain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day assembly and packing operations
- Ensure timely dispatches and packaging standards
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift planning
- Maintain inventory and packing material records
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in assembly/packing operations
- Industry experience in plastic/injection moulding preferred
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Any graduate can apply
