**Job Title: Mould Maintenance Technician (Toolroom)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Mould Repair and Maintenance**: Inspect, clean, and maintain moulds to ensure smooth production operations.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on moulds and related equipment.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair moulds, tools, and equipment as needed.

Handle minor repairs on moulds, such as adjusting, grinding, and polishing.

Rework worn or damaged components, including core and cavity parts, ejector pins, and inserts.

**Mould Assembly and Disassembly**:
Assemble and disassemble injection moulds for maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Verify that moulds meet technical specifications before installation.

Ensure correct alignment, fit, and operation of mould components.

**Tooling and Equipment Setup**: Prepare, install, and test new or repaired moulds on injection moulding machines.

Ensure moulds are set up properly to meet production standards, minimizing downtime.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and mould history.

Report any recurring issues or potential improvements to the supervisor.

**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mould maintenance, toolroom, or a related field in the plastic industry.

Experience with plastic injection moulding machinery, moulds, and related tools.

Familiarity with mould design, materials (such as steel, aluminum), and tooling processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
