Conduct in-process, first piece, and final inspection of plastic moulded parts.
- Inspect product dimensions using instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge, etc.
- Monitor moulding parameters and highlight abnormalities in products and machine settings.
- Perform visual inspection for defects such as flow marks, flash, short moulding, burns, etc.
- Record inspection findings and maintain proper documentation (Inspection reports, NCRs).
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and handling of non-conforming products.
- Support line operators and technician teams in corrective actions and quality improvements.
- Follow sampling plans as per control plan and customer requirements.
- Conduct incoming quality checks of raw materials, packaging materials when required.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards in the working area.
- Good knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding processes and common defects
- Ability to read engineering drawings & understanding of GD&T (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with measuring & testing instruments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
