**Minimum Qualification** : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

**Job Description**:
**1.** **BREAKDOWNS**:

- To attend machine breakdowns and decrease the downtime of machines.

**2.** **PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE**:

- To Plan Effective preventive maintenance of machines.

**3.** **MANPOWER PLANNING**:

- To assign required manpower for any given task and managing work shifts.

**4.** **AWARENESS-** To provide prior information to all the concerned departments in case of any planned shutdowns or breakdowns taking place in the plant.

**5.** **MIS**:

- Submitting MIS report to management by 1st week of every month.

**6.** **TRAINING-** To provide training to the employees in maintenance team as well as the employees in plant regarding safe operation of machines.

**7.** **SAFETY-**To ensure that all the employees on the shop floor are working with their PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) and in safe conditions.

**8.** **Inspection & Safety Stock -**To carry out Inspection of items received from Suppliers before installing the same onto the Machine. Also to decide Safety stock of critical components of machine based on Performance.

**10.** **INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING -**To carry out safe installations of the New machines and provide its Operation training to the Manpower.

**11.** **MAINTAINING RECORDS**:

- To maintain history cards of all the machines with the details of their spare parts used and all other records regarding Mechanical and Electrical Installations happened in the plant.

**12.** **Any other Specific task assigned by GM and Management.**

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,244.52 per month

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance incharge: 4 years (preferred)
- Mechanical engineering: 1 year (preferred)
