- **1. BREAKDOWNS**:

- To attend machine breakdowns and decrease the downtime of machines.

**2. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE**:

- To Plan Effective preventive maintenance of machines.

**3. MANPOWER PLANNING**:

- To assign required manpower for any given task and managing work shifts.

**4. AWARENESS-** To provide prior information to all the concerned departments in case of any planned shutdowns or breakdowns taking place in the plant.

**5. MIS**:

- Submitting MIS report to management by 1st week of every month.

**6. TRAINING-** To provide training to the employees in maintenance team as well as the employees in plant regarding safe operation of machines.

**7. SAFETY- **To ensure that all the employees on the shop floor are working with their PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) and in safe conditions.

**8. Inspection & Safety Stock - **To carry out Inspection of items received from Suppliers before installing the same onto the Machine. Also to decide Safety stock of critical components of machine based on Performance.

**10. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING - **To carry out safe installations of the New machines and provide its Operation training to the Manpower.

**11. MAINTAINING RECORDS**:

- To maintain history cards of all the machines with the details of their spare parts used and all other records regarding Mechanical and Electrical Installations happened in the plant.

**12. Any other Specific task assigned by GM and Management.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Daman, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
