Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level technical and non-technical positions.

Conduct mass recruiting campaigns for large-scale projects in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Support the operational needs of projects with challenging schedules.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on IT, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and other industries.

Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and mass recruitment campaigns.

Excellent understanding of client expectations and ability to support operational project needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to recruitment.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
