**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Support in budget tracking, resource allocation, and compliance with company processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project workflows and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
