Nursing Project Assistant (Clinical Research):
The roles and responsibilities for the Nursing Project Assistant are listed below:

- To provide general administrative support to the HN4U Operations team and assistance to Project Coordinators (s) and Head of Operations.
- To assist the HN4U Operations teams in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.
- To assist project teams with study specific documentation and guidelines as appropriate.
- To set up, organize, updating and maintain project documentation (e.g. Project Folders, Trackers, etc.) including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.
- To process Data Collection Forms i.e. log in, tracking, quality control as appropriate for the projects.
- To assist in quality control audits of project documentation (e.g. Project Folders, Project related documents, Trackers, etc.).
- To co-ordinate ordering/dispatch and tracking of Project Specific materials (e.g. Lab Kits, Ancillary supplies, Equipment) as appropriate.
- To copy and route incoming correspondence, internal documentation, etc., as appropriate.
- To assist in co-ordination of payments to subcontractors, if applicable.
- To co-ordinate document translation, if required.
- To attend project team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
- To assist the Project Coordinator and project team with project Meeting coordination, activities preparation and generate meeting minutes.
- To assist in the production of slides, overheads, etc., as needed for project, departmental, sponsor and/or business development presentations.
- Other duties as assigned

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Clinical research: 2 years (required)
