**Project Co-Ordinator**

We are looking for a project coordinator to be responsible for our ongoing projects. You will be working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and coordinating projects from initial stages through to delivery
- Reviews daily workloads with all departments and adjusts assignments as needed making sure that the appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained
- Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Makes sure each teammate knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates. Acts as the mediator between teammates and clients to establish and re-evaluate priorities
- Working across multiple projects and ensuring all, clients and teammates are informed of progress and problems
- Ensure appropriate resources are engaged and committed during the project life cycle
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Internal development team coordination
- Project internal documentation

**Desired Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a Project Co-Ordinator or similar position
- Basic knowledge about website design and development
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Stay involved in client interaction, facilitate team and client meetings, and effectively communicates relevant project information to the leadership
- Outstanding organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time interacting with various stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT project management: 2 years (required)
