Project Co-ordinator
- (2+ year exp) **(Work from office only)**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and provide clear direction and guidance.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as appropriate.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and across departments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to project management.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 2 years (required)
