**Job Title**: Student Counselor

**Job Type**: Full-time, Onsite
**Experience Required**: 1 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, admission processes, and educational pathways.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about institutions, programs, and eligibility requirements.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, group counseling, and follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain and update student records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and admission experience.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, or admissions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office (onsite role).
