**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert counseling on course selections, career guidance, and admission requirements based on individual student profiles.
- Develop personalized career strategies tailored to students' goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the Admissions Department to facilitate smooth and timely student enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, offering continuous support throughout their academic journey.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by guiding students toward suitable educational programs.
- Manage and update student information accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-ups.
- Organize and coordinate demo sessions (online, offline, or hybrid) to provide students with an overview of the course offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students and maintain communication to drive successful enrollments.
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, clarifying course details, and explaining fee structures.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in education, data analytics, and career opportunities to offer relevant advice.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student counseling or a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of student admissions processes and effective counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and the local language.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
