Educational Qualification: Any Graduation/Diploma, masters is a plus
Experience Required**:1 - 5 Years of relevant work ** experience as an EA
**Job Type**: 10 am - 7 pm. Mon - Sat, Sunday off
**Salary**: ₹2,40,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 PA
**Salary shall be negotiable based on interview performance, qualifications and experience**

Job Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the directors. Ensure their calendar is organised and that they are aware of upcoming commitments.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas. Ensure all travel-related documents are in order.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and expense tracking. Order office supplies and maintain an organised work environment.
Arrange for any technician, mechanic or repairs and maintenance person as required for office. Help for any vehicle maintenance coordination and other tasks
- Screening Calls: Manage incoming calls, screening them and routing them to the appropriate personnel. Take messages and handle routine inquiries.
- Project Assistance: Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and creating reports.
- Prioritisation: Help the directors manage their tasks and priorities, ensuring that important matters are addressed promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues that arise and make decisions in the absence of the directors, when appropriate.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management.
- Personal Tasks of the directors
- Follow Ups and communication with international clients, companies
