How To Tell Your Child, is a social initiative of Yashram Brands where we help parents, schools & communities fight child sexual abuse.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Setting up and optimizing all of our PPC marketing campaigns including Facebook ads.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Forecast, plan and optimize budget to maintain profitability.
- Maintain hygiene of ad content, external links etc.
- Knowledge of Google analytics, Google Ad Words, Social media marketing.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Report on quarterly numbers for clicks, leads, converted leads, pipeline for all online advertising activity and other relevant KPIs.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creative on a daily basis.
- Facebook experience with a minimum spend experience of 5 Lakhs per month is mandatory.

**Required skills**:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Proven Hands on experience in Shopify.
- Experienced in Google keyword ads, Google shopping ads and display ads.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns, Facebook.
- Solid knowledge in website and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
