
Facebook Performance Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Facebook Performance Executive, you will be a crucial member of our digital marketing team, responsible for developing and executing effective Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost new users. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to optimize campaign strategies, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to achieve our marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Plan and Execute Facebook Advertising Campaigns**: Develop and implement innovative and impactful Facebook ad campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing goals. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad content and visuals.
**Analyze Campaign Performance**: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook ad campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
**Optimize Ad Campaigns**: Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and other campaign elements. Continuously iterate and fine-tune campaigns to Minimize CAC(Cost of Acquiring Customers) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Report and Communicate**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Communicate effectively with the marketing team and management to share progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Growth Strategies**: Develop growth strategies to attract new users through targeted Facebook campaigns. Leverage user funnels to guide potential customers through the customer journey and optimize conversions.
**Account Management**: Organize and structure ad campaigns and Ads accounts to ensure efficient management and performance results on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Key Requirements:
**Digital Marketing Expertise**: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with hands-on experience of 1+ more years in managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels will be an advantage.
**Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using various analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and interpret data. Ability to draw actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
**Proficient in MS Office**: Need to be proficient in working with MS Office tools, especially Excel, which includes creating reports and MIS.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign results, strategies, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
**Creative and Results-Driven**: A creative thinker who can develop engaging ad content and strategies to drive measurable results in terms of user acquisition, conversion, and user growth.
**Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify challenges, find solutions, and adapt quickly in a dynamic digital marketing landscape.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
