**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads and Facebook Ads Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve targeted goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad creation, and ongoing performance analysis for Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for Facebook Ads, including audience targeting and ad creative optimization.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Budget Management**:

- Effectively manage advertising budgets across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency.
- Monitor spending trends, adjust budgets as needed, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular performance reports showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for clients.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹32,503.44 per month
